| Scope of Work: Many ultra poor children/individuals/ families in beggary, destitution and ultra poor lacks basic bare minimum needs to survive like food, clothing and shelter. They find shelter under open sky and lives on road side pavements, railway station, bus stand and other places in a very deplorable condition due to circumstantial and varied reasons for bringing them on the verge of utter state of ultra poverty. As a welfare measure, Government of Bihar plans to provide a comprehensive rehabilation services to such children/individuals/families that are in beggary, destitution and ultra poor. Under MBNY scheme "SAKSHAM" has engaged an agency to run a SHORT STAY HOME cum CLASSIFICATION CENTRE for ultra poor children/individuals/families in beggary and destitution to provide rehabilitation, classification and referral services to people in beggary and ultra poor. |

| Scope of Work : The need for provision of Shelter with Kitchen" Basera" for the most vulnerable Ultra poor/Beggars/destitute people and families areises the moment they are linked with livelihood programs. Th major problem, which this group faces after the linkage with the livelihood program, is Shelter and Food as this population is homeless.Even if they are linked with some livelihood programs, they are deprived of night shelters and food in the initial days, months or years of their struggle for livelihood making them most vulnerable and prone to accidents, calamities, absuse etc. |
